Suturion one of three finalists for the Grand Award of Design 2024

We are excited to share that SutureTOOL™ has been selected as one of three finalists for the Grand Award of Design, the Pioneer category! The award, launched in 2003, is a prestigious Swedish recognition for products and services that excel in creativity, sustainability, innovation, functionality, and business potential.

Being nominated is a testament to the potential impact SutureTOOL™ can have for surgeons and patients. It is a semi-automated suturing device that facilitates fascial closure using the evidence-based small-bites technique, reducing complications such as surgical site infections and incisional hernias after surgery.
